These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of redzrestaurant.com and related online services operated by Redz Restaurant in Mt Laurel, New Jersey (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Counsel for the operating entity should review and finalize these Terms.
The Site
The Site provides restaurant information, menus, news, and ways to request reservations, contact us, inquire about private dining, and chat with Henry, our AI concierge. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.
Reservations and inquiries
Online reservation and private-dining submissions are requests, not confirmed contracts, unless we expressly confirm them. Availability, seating, and event details are subject to restaurant confirmation, party-size policies, and operational constraints. Large parties or special events may require direct coordination with our team.
Menus, prices, and allergens
Menus, prices, hours, and item descriptions are published for convenience and may change without notice. Food is prepared in a kitchen where allergens may be present. Guests with allergies or dietary restrictions should speak with staff before ordering. Online menus are not a guarantee of ingredient composition for every preparation.
Alcohol
Alcoholic beverage content on the Site is intended for adults of legal drinking age (21+ in the United States). Please drink responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse service consistent with applicable law and responsible-service practices.
AI concierge (Henry)
Henry is an automated AI assistant. Responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. Henry is not a substitute for speaking with restaurant staff about allergies, accessibility needs, or complex events. Do not submit payment card numbers or other highly sensitive data through chat. Your use of Henry is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt security, scrape or overload systems, submit false reservation or contact information, harass staff or guests, or use the Site for unlawful purposes.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites, including Hilton booking and DoubleTree Events for banquets and weddings. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of those sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, logos, photographs, and design are owned by Redz or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing of the Site.
Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REDZ AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND STAFF WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Redz and its operators from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes arising from these Terms or the Site shall be the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, except where prohibited by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
