Redz is the culmination of passion, experience and great timing! Located in the heart of the Historic Town Square
of McDonough , Redz is the first upscale steakhouse on the southside of Atlanta that offers only top quality
cuts of meat as well as a menu is best described as "American Eclectic." Redz has southern charm built
right in with it's original 1914 French pressed tin ceiling and brick front that reads "First National Bank".

Owner and Managing
Member of Redz Restaurant, L.L.C., Quinn O'Neill, has worked in the restaurant industry for 20 years, beginning his career
at age 15 in Albany, New York. In the beginning, he worked for family members who owned restaurants and pubs in the Albany
area and once he got a taste of it, he realized the restaurant business was in his blood!
When
Quinn moved to the Atlanta area in 1996, he started in the catering business and learned about planning and executing large
events. He then moved into fine dining and eventually worked his way up into management in the very well known Buckhead Life
Restaurant Group.
His philosophy is to create an atmosphere that is exciting yet relaxed. He personally
visits every table in the dining room each night to make sure his guests are pleased with their dining experience. And of
course, loves to get their feedback on every area of the restaurant.
When you come in to dine, you'll know Quinn instantly by his captivating, bigger than life personality
and his prideful expression. And once you've had your first bite, you'll feel the excitement and passion that Executive
Chef, Brandon Collins brings to each dish. It is truly an amazing experience for all your senses!
